The Ask
The Tulsa Oilers were launching a new professional football franchise and needed a creative system. From name and brand to uniforms and content, they started from scratch and wanted everything to feel bold, rooted in Tulsa, and ready for fans from day one.

The Approach
We developed a complete brand strategy, visual identity, and rollout plan for the launch of Tulsa’s newest sports team. Working from concept to execution, we created the full package: from the logo to the uniforms to in-game creative and launch content.

The design leaned into toughness, oil culture, and community pride. Everything was built to move from field to merch to screen without losing power.
