The Challenge
The Premier Hockey Federation needed a strategic creative partner to rebrand teams, launch new franchises, and increase the league’s visibility in a pivotal moment for women’s hockey. The goal was to raise the PHF’s profile while laying the groundwork for long-term growth and relevance.
Our Approach
As agency of record for the 2022–2023 season, we worked across brand, design, and content to give the league a bold new presence:
- Rebranded multiple teams and launched new franchises
- Designed custom jerseys, league-wide creative, and campaign content
- Created original video, social, and motion assets throughout the season
- Developed strategy and visual identity for marquee events like the All-Star Game and Isobel Cup Playoffs

The Impact
Our work helped set a new bar for the league’s creative identity and fan engagement. The campaign directly supported the historic PWHPA–PHF merger and was covered in Forbes and SportBusiness. The PHF was positioned as a leader in women’s sports—with visuals and storytelling to match.
